Flying Fish Restaurant, Seattle

With the exception of one person, we all ordered fish – what a surprise… I went with the tuna and thoroughly enjoyed the coconut sauce. Half of the tuna was overcooked, almost totally devoid of any red, which is a serious mistake for a Seattle fish restaurant. Gunjan’s tuna plate was also partially overcooked. Besides that, everything else was great. I tasted some of the sturgeon, which was excellent and the other members of our party really enjoyed their black cod and duck. Service was very good, considering the number of people coming in and out and I enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant. I’ll have to go back and try the tuna again, because everything else about Flying Fish was excellent.
